The Tentmakers Institute is intentionally more than a classroom program. We believe meaningful pastoral training requires personal relationships, accountability, encouragement, and continued spiritual investment.

Throughout the year, Brandon personally maintains regular contact with the pastors enrolled in the Institute, with communication occurring at least weekly. These relationships create opportunities to discuss ministry challenges, answer questions, encourage spiritual growth, review assignments, provide biblical counsel, and walk alongside each man as he applies his training within his own church and community.

As the ministry expands, missionaries, instructors, and Regional Directors may also participate in this mentoring process. However, the heart of the program remains personal: we do not want to simply teach pastors and send them home. We want to know them, love them, encourage them, and invest deeply in their lives.

The goal is lifelong ministry development—not simply the completion of a course.
