When The Tentmakers Institute accepts a pastor, we recognize that we are investing in more than one man. We are investing in a ministry family.

Behind every pastor is a wife and family who often share the sacrifices, financial pressures, ministry burdens, and challenges of serving Christ. Strengthening the pastor while overlooking the needs of his home would leave an important part of his life and ministry untouched.

Allie Crosier works specifically to build relationships with the wives and children of the pastors participating in The Tentmakers Institute. Through personal mentorship, biblical instruction, encouragement, practical teaching, and ongoing care, our desire is to strengthen the entire ministry household.

We also seek to partner with local churches in America that want to help care for these ministry families in tangible ways. As resources and circumstances allow, this may include providing clothing, basic household items, health screenings, personal-care resources, and other practical assistance that can meaningfully improve the well-being of a pastor and his family.

These forms of assistance will vary from country to country. Availability may depend upon local laws, transportation, medical access, customs regulations, ministry resources, partnerships, and the specific needs present within each region. For that reason, The Tentmakers Institute cannot guarantee that every form of assistance will be available to every family in every country.

Our commitment, however, remains the same: to look carefully at the needs of each family and prayerfully use the relationships and resources God provides to care for them as effectively as possible.

This ministry is not simply about distributing material goods. It is about communicating to pastors' wives and children that they are known, valued, loved, and not forgotten.

Our desire is to strengthen marriages, encourage wives, invest in children, meet practical needs when possible, and help build healthy ministry homes that can faithfully serve Christ for years to come.
